A brief workflow of doctors/users

A patient who needs long term treatment, such as a diabetic, heart patient, a person with dental issues, approaches a doctor. The patient may meet the doctor in person or contact the doctor via phone/email.

The patient fills out a detailed form about his/her ailments, medical and family history, etc.

The doctor reviews the form and then accepts/rejects the patient.

The doctor, in case of acceptance, suggests certain investigations. The patient undergoes the investigations and shares the reports with the doctor.

The doctor then suggests the course of treatment. The patient follows the same.

The doctor inputs information regarding treatment, investigations, dosage, additional notes into the EMROC® system.

The patient calls/emails the doctor post the periodic interval. Based on the effects of treatment, the doctor suggests further course of treatment.

All the data is stored for future reference.

Patient record details are updated depending on the progress of recovery, or emergence of other health issues.
